Our Warranty Policy

We stand behind all Bigg Boxx Company travel and storage containers with a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

For the life of your travel and storage container, if any defects arise as a part of the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace the product.

Any damage that occurs as a result of normal use, misuse, or abuse by the owner or any other parties is not covered under warranty.

Our Return Policy

Bigg Boxx Company products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must receive a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) prior to returning the item.
